Parmars Flooring is driven by a team of seasoned experts, led by our dedicated owner-operators, Naresh and Elinor Parmar, alongside our accomplished sales team.

With a combined wealth of experience, Naresh has been an integral part of our shop for the past twenty years, having previously spent over two decades as an installer. Elinor, on the other hand, has brought her expertise to the shop for the past eleven years, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Meanwhile, Elinor thrives in the heart of our shop, where her passion lies in engaging with customers, offering expert guidance, and assisting them in making the perfect product selection for their unique projects.

The Process

We invite you to come into Parmar’s Flooring to view the great range of options available to you. We will:

Luxurious Carpet

  • We will discuss your project with you to find out what options are best suited to your situation.

  • We will look at the options available and lend you samples to take home for 3-4 days. It is important to take samples home as they always look different in your home with your own lighting and furnishings.

  • We come to you and measure your job and see if you have made a choice from the samples you have taken. You are welcome to come back to the shop and take more samples if the original colours did not suit.

  • We then quantify and send you a quote. Not just a total amount but broken down so that you can see the cost of product, installation, underlay, moving furniture etc.

  • When you accept our quote we ask for a deposit, the product will be ordered and we will set a date that suits you for installation.

  • We have an experienced team of installers that will come and install your new flooring to our level of professional excellence.

  • We will follow up after installation to ensure that all is as you have expected. Final payment is due on completion of the job.
